Connect your own systems, run more than one brand

The firm's own systems, such as a shop, a CRM, a data warehouse or an automation tool, can read from ZPROPZ and hear from it when something happens. And one installation can run more than one brand, each kept apart from the others.

The API

For the firm's own systems.

Reading

Clients, trading accounts, orders, payouts and the challenges on sale.

Writing

With write access, the firm's systems can open a client account; the client then gets an email to choose a password. They can also open a challenge the firm sold elsewhere, for example in its own shop. Sending the same payment reference twice never opens a second challenge.

Keys

An owner of the firm makes keys in the back office, read-only or read-and-write. Each key is shown once. Any staff member can revoke a key at once, and everything a key changes is in the audit log.

Webhooks

The platform tells the firm's systems when something happens.

Events

A client account opened, an order paid, a trading account opened, a phase passed or ended, a payout requested, paid or rejected, a refund made, and an identity check changed.

Signed

Each webhook is signed, so the receiver can check it came from the platform.

Retried

Each webhook is written at the same moment as the change it reports, and retried for about two days if the receiver is down.

Under staff control

Staff can send a test, pause a webhook, see every delivery, and send a failed one again.

More than one brand on one installation

White-label: each firm has its own clients and its own look, on a shared engine and shared prices.

What each firm has of its own

Clients, staff, challenges, discount codes, affiliates and competitions; emails, API keys and webhooks; and its own web addresses for the client area, the web trader and the back office.

What is shared

The prices and the trading engine.

Kept apart

Firms can't see or change each other's data, and a sign-in at one firm doesn't work at another. An automatic test covers this on every change.

Each firm's look

Its name, main colour, logos for light and dark backgrounds, an app icon and a contact email, set by an owner of the firm in the back office.

The look shows in the client area, the web trader, the installed app, certificates, emails and the firm's own back office.

Setting up a new firm

A new firm is set up by us: its addresses, its certificate and its first sign-in.
