A complete platform for running a prop-trading firm

The trading engine, the challenge rules, the web trader, the client area, growth tools, the back office, an API and its own price engine. We built every part in-house as one system, and it runs live on our own servers.

The ZPROPZ web trader on a funded test account: the seven pairs with live bid and ask, a one-minute EUR/USD chart with an open buy and its take-profit, the positions list, the order ticket, and the rules panel showing equity against the start, the daily floor and the maximum loss floor.

What a firm gets from one system

Buying a trading platform, a rules engine, a client area and a back office from different places means keeping them in step. ZPROPZ is one system, so there is nothing to keep in step.

  • One record of everything

Trading, rules, checkout, refunds and payouts share the same accounts and the same journal. Every fill and every breach carries the ID of the price behind it.

  • Rules that act on every price

Daily loss, maximum loss and the profit target are checked on every price, and deadlines run on a timer. A breach locks the account at once and writes down why.

  • Prices you control

Our own price engine builds the bid and ask. Data providers behind it can change without the platform noticing, and doubtful prices stop trading.

  • Challenges you can change safely

Up to seven phases, the last one funded. Every change saves a new version, and accounts already sold keep the rules they were bought with.

  • Money moves with two people

Payouts, refunds and affiliate payouts each need one staff member to approve and a different one to record the payment. The platform refuses if one person tries to do both.

  • Clients in one view

Each client's accounts, orders, payouts, sign-ins and identity-check status in one place, with risk flags and reports for staff to judge.

  • Growth built in

Discount codes, add-ons, affiliates, trading competitions and copy trading run on the same accounts, checkout and audit log.

  • Your systems, your brands

An API and signed webhooks connect the firm's own systems, and one installation can run more than one brand, each kept apart.

  • Built to be checked

Rebuild any account from its journal and see every event come out the same. The whole loop runs as automated tests on every change.

From sign-up to payout

The whole life of a trader's account runs inside ZPROPZ, with an email to the client at each step.

  1. Sign up

The trader opens a login, picks a challenge and an account size, and checks their identity where the challenge asks.

  2. Pay

Card (test mode today) or bank transfer, with any discount code and add-ons. One payment opens one account.

  3. Phases

The rules are checked on every price. A pass opens the next phase, or waits for staff review.

  4. Funded

The trader accepts the funded agreement, and the funded account opens.

  5. Payout

Trading pauses, the checks run, and two different staff members approve and pay.

  6. Certificate

Each pass and each payout gets a certificate with a public link anyone can check.

When a limit is touched

The rules are checked on every price. When equity touches a floor, the account locks at once, its positions close at that price, and the breach is written down with the rule, the equity, the floor and the exact price ID.

Staff can rebuild any account from its journal at any time. Every recorded event has to come out the same, or the replay says where it differs.

How the rules work

  1. #2Bought 25.00 EUR/USD at 1.09968 Q5228
  2. #370% of the daily loss allowance used
  3. #480% of the daily loss allowance used
  4. #590% of the daily loss allowance used
  5. #6Account failed: daily loss limit reached at equity $99,487.50, floor $99,500.00 Q5250
  6. #7Closed 25.00 EUR/USD at 1.09951 after the breach: −$425.00 Q5250

Two people for every payout

A payout request pauses trading and reserves the profit. The queue runs its own checks: the rules are met, nothing is open, shared IP addresses, the client's identity-check status and any risk flags.

One staff member approves. A different one records the payment. The platform won't let the same person do both, and refunds work the same way.

See the back office

A paid test payout in the back office: its automatic checks, including a flag that the trader shares an IP address with another test trader, and the line Reviewed by Owner, Paid by Demo Staff 2, with the payment reference.
A paid test payout: reviewed by one staff member, paid by another.

Questions firms ask

Short answers about what ZPROPZ does today and what is still to come.

What is ZPROPZ?

A complete platform for running a prop-trading firm: the trading engine, the challenge rules, the web trader, the client area, copy trading, growth tools, the back office, an API and its own price engine. We built every part in-house, and it runs live on our own servers.

Can our firm use it today?

Not yet as a product. ZPROPZ is our own system today, and we plan to offer it to other prop firms. It can already run more than one brand on one installation, and each new firm is set up by us. If you run a prop firm, ask for a demo and we'll show you what it does now.

What can traders trade?

Seven FX majors: EUR/USD, GBP/USD, AUD/USD, NZD/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF and USD/CAD. Gold, silver, US indices, Bitcoin and Ether are planned.

Where do the prices come from?

From our own price engine, which combines more than one market data source into the firm's own bid and ask. The platform's price guard checks every price before it is used, and trading on a pair stops rather than use a doubtful one. More on prices

How are challenges paid for?

By card or bank transfer, with any discount code and add-ons. Card payment runs in test mode today, and live payment providers are planned. Staff confirm bank transfers in the back office. One payment always opens exactly one account.

Are identity checks built in?

Yes. Each challenge says where an approved check is needed: before buying, before the funded account opens, before a payout, or not at all. The trader does it on the identity-check provider's own page, and their documents never reach the platform. Identity checks run in test mode today; live providers are planned.

Do traders need to install anything?

No. The client area and the web trader run in the browser on phones and computers, and they install from the browser as an app for traders who want one. Apps in the phone app stores are planned.

How do we know the rules were applied correctly?

Every price and every action is recorded in a journal before it takes effect. Staff can rebuild any account from its journal and check that every recorded event comes out the same. The whole loop, from sign-up to a paid payout, also runs as automated tests on every change. More on reliability

Can we connect our own systems?

Yes. The API lets the firm's own systems read clients, accounts, orders, payouts and challenges, and, with write access, open clients and challenges sold elsewhere. Signed webhooks tell them when something happens. More on the API
